All original, played-in and opened-up, nearly 60 year old Martin D-18 with Brazilian rosewood fingerboard/bridge, original small maple bridge plate, ready to rip and rumble; lots of honest play wear and fantastic aging on spruce top; sounds fantastic and reminds us why a D-18 is . The dreadnaught body has typical Style 18 appointments; mahogany back and sides, Sitka spruce top; equipped with LR Baggs Anthem; solid professionally repaired pickguard crack, thin grain top crack beneath bridge, numerous nicks and dings, cracks on bass side (one long and several smaller ones) all with some light finish touchup atop and very hard to see. The mahogany neck has a dark rosewood fingerboard with 1-11/16" nut width with original Grover patent tuners; Brazilian rosewood peghead overlay; some finish wear present on back of neck along with some tiny play wear impressions; recent refret. Later hard shell case included NUT WIDTH: 1 11/16"
