Landry Pedal Steel

  • AS IS Condition
  • Year: circa 1960s
  • No Case

Extremely cool, this is a custom-made pedal steel guitar that we are told was built by Finger Lakes local Danny Landry, who was a machinist and apparently a fan of classic country music. The guitar has been made from a hollow metal "box" that is enclosed within a wooden tolex covered/aluminium capped body; a hallmark of a home-build, the tuners are present below the custom made pickup, and the string changer mechanism is behind the lower positions; tone/volume knob present. The legs are made from aluminium; three knee levers, and three pedals are present.
