From the Canadian builders at La Patrie, to say we are pleased with this Concert classical would be an understatement. A sweet sounding mix of the all solid cedar top with mahogany back and sides - it is a suitable classical for nearly any player, one of which that punches far beyond its price point. The cedar La Patrie used for these builds has become well known as they average about 800 years in age. A French polish inspired satin finish is a nice touch, one that any seasoned player will be impressed by. Constructed with a typical 650mm (25.5") scale length, its immediately comfortable, and would go well among any classical players arsenal, but certainly well as a folk guitar to accompany a singer. This guitar is simply fantastic, and is a sonic bargain. Cosmetically, its clearly been used, and there is evidence of a previous life being used with a flat pick (see photos). Aside from some superficial cosmetic flaws, this guitar is in great playing shape, with a straight neck with a functioning truss rod and a nice and tall saddle.
