Not much is known of the "Key" brand of instruments, but it appears to be cut from the same cloth as Silvertones, Harmony, or Kay. A laminate build, it has a surprising chop & volume. Well balanced between the low and high strings, this would impress professional players especially at its low price point. Designed with a 14 1/8" scale length, the neck is a hair longer, and features a zero fret, making playability at the first position a bit easier, and most imperfections in the nut unimportant. Cosmetically, its in good shape with only light surface wear in its finish, primarily on the back side. The neck is straight and well setup with pretty low action, albeit with some light fret wear and wear to the maple fingerboard. The action currently measures 4/64" in height at the twelfth fret, with the bridge basically maxed out. Unmarked sealed tuners function and hold just as they should. Comes with the original gatoroid chipboard case.
