Chicago-made Kay Kraft Style B "Venetian" from the early 1930s. The unusual body shape features two off-set points and is multi-bound on top and back; laminate maple back and sides with a spruce top...all in an attractive yellow sunburst; equipped with adjustable rosewood bridge, original trapeze tailpiece; typical cosmetic wear present (including play-wear, checking, finish dings), but no cracks are visible. The elevated mahogany neck has a 23" scale length ebony fingerboard w/ snowflake pearl fretboard markers; pearloid peghead overlay w/ aluminum nut; equipped with original Grover two-tab tuners.
