Finely built mandola by Howe-Orme, Boston and Toronto based music retailers and instrument makers that partnered in several patents and produced unique, lovely instruments. This mandola is fully bound and features Brazilian rosewood back and sides with arched spruce top; inlaid pickguard (pickguard crack on outer points); Waverly cloud tailpiece. The mahogany neck has a 14-3/4" scale ebony fingerboard with fine engraved pearl fretboard markers; stunning engraved pearl Dogwood flower present on top of rosewood peghead overlay; well repaired heel crack, overspray present on neck.
