From the Russell Cleveland Collection as featured on page 81 of "The Classical Guitar". Featuring a western red cedar top, with Brazillian rosewood back and sides, mahogany neck with 25-1/5" (648mm) scale length, and is outfitted with silver Landsdorfer tuners w/ pearl buttons. In near-pristine condition; a tap-plate was added at the early stages of its life. This is an incredibly significant guitar, quite possibly one of the last instruments undertook by Herman Hauser II (1911-1988) and one of the first completed by Herman Hauser III (who took over the family business in 1988).
