Gibson TG-50

  • Excellent Condition
  • Year: circa 1950s
  • Includes Soft Shell Case

One of the famed Tenor guitars of yesteryear, we welcome this lovely Gibson TG-50. Newer tuners and bridge, this guitar is otherwise original, and plays very well. Typical mild pickwear and checking is present, but only minor fret wear overall. There is a visible top crack near the bass side F hole, that is not open and appears to have been glued, not cleated. Neck is very straight, albeit with a pretty tight truss rod currently. There is still room on the thumb screws if ever necessary. A great snappy arch top tenor with the perfect amount of cut and bass that one would with any rhythm and swing band. No FON present, and presumably faded away serial number. Includes Chipboard Case
