This is a round shouldered jumbo, natural finish spruce over mahogany, Brazilian rosewood fingerboard & bridge. 2 scalloped tonebars, multiple bound top & back (catalogued as single bound but all original and only seen on these late models), refinished top (possibly replaced bridge), cute Mexican decal & decoration looks old and most likely by first owner. 1 small repair in side (lower bout, treble side), old refret and slight planing of fbd, period correct tuners are probably replacements, new saddle, Factory Order Number 7432H-25 is from last batch of J-35s ever made; plays easy with characteristic power and warmth.
