Interesting octave mandolin-lute hybrid built by Ken McBride; entire instrument has a leprechaun/four-leaf-clover motif. The lute style body was constructed using 13 bent ribs made from European pearwood, and a bound cedar top; abalone rosette and decorative rectangle atop rosewood bridge. The neck has a 25.5" scale length rosewood fingerboard w/ truss rod, 1-7/16 wide nut; gold-plated geared tuners. Instrument plays well and has a sweet sound. included in sale is hard shell guitar case (loose fit, best for shipping & light transportation only)
