This bass is a great beginner instrument at an affordable price. There are various nicks and scratches all over, with a couple spots where the paint was chipped and then painted to hide the damage. On the fourth fret there was a missing part of the fretboard, but someone did a great job filling it in with epoxy and then sanding it down so you can't feel a difference. With all of the damage to the finish on the body, the neck is surprisingly free of any major nicks that you may feel while playing. The electronics and hardware all work as they should, and plays great. Does not come with a case.
