A custom "Dogwood" built banjo by Mike Chew. The 12" maple rim assembly is 3" deep and is capped on either end with snakewood; coordinating rood hidden inside a square five piece dowel. 25-3/4" scale five piece curly maple neck with snakewood laminations and fingerboard; tapered peghead with marquetry down center; frailing scoop. Deep rich tone. Light cosmetic wear present, but in overall very nice original condition.
