A stunning example of an early Fairbanks "Electric" model banjeaurine featuring high-grade appointments. The 12.5" spun-over rim assembly is equipped with an original patent stamped scalloped tonering, black-painted wooden interior and dowel; carved patent stamped tailpiece, and all original hardware. The 20" scale mahogany neck has an extended ebony fingerboard with highly engraved pearl and abalone inlay on the fretboard and peghead overlay; equipped with "Maltese Cross" carved bone friction tuners. In excellent original condition (expected dings), plays and sounds fantastic. Included in sale is later hard tenor case
