  • Serial #: MD-051

This Irish Bouzouki from Luthier Bruce Brockman - dates to December 15th 2020, and it goes without saying that it has hardly any milage on it. This tear drop Bouzouki features a rich solid Cedar top, with Walnutback & sides. It has a thin clear coat of presumably nitro finish. There is very mild pickwear, and due to it's thin finish, one can see the porousness of the cedar. This instrument has fine detail including a Rosewood overlay on it's tailpiece, 4-ply Mahogany/Ebony binding along the top & back, and Pearl dot inlays. It has a lot of volume, and a robust bass response, with a lot of clarity in the trebles. The 3 ply Mahogany neck is straight with zero fret wear, and has smooth low action. The neck profile is a chunky C shape profile. It has a bone nut that measures 1 9/16" in width. It features a dual action truss rod through the soundhole. It has a straight Rosewood bridge, and a 25 11/32" scale length. The body is 3 5/8" deep, and the bout across measures 14 1/8". Comes with a well fitted Superior gig bag.
