A finely made Bacon and Day Silver Bell No. 1 in great shape, and ready for the next 100 years of playing. The rim assembly is all original, measures 11" across, and is equipped with a Silver Bell tonering w/ no holes; Knee mute present, Oettinger tailpiece, armrest; original hardware; maple resonator w/ red label intact inside; scratches and tarnishing present on metal parts and on back of resonator; thumb screws are later. The five piece maple neck has a larger profile, 23" scale ebony fingerboard, 1-5/8" wide at nut; original Grover tuners w/ off-set tabs. Original case is present, but both hinges are broken
