Gold-plating galore, including individual flanges, Oettinger tailpiece, Planetary tuners. 10-15/16" gold-plated Tubaphone tone ring, with lovely marquetry trim. Maple neck featuring slightly worn ornate mother-of-pearl inlays on the fretboard, peghead, and heel cap. Some finish checking is present on the back of the neck, and heel cap. Included in the sale is the original hardcase with green interior which needs hinge work to be fully functional.
