Original knee mute intact and works well, useful for accompaniment and dynamic range in solo playing. A professional banjo, the Silver Bell has fancy inlays over an ebony fretboard over a straight maple neck. Maple resonator in good shape with little scratches. Original Grover tuners intact. The metal parts including, "F" hole flange, Oettinger tailpiece and tonering are all original. Equipped with a "Bestone" armrest. In excellent original condition w/ light surface scratching present on back of resonator. The powerhouse and king of all plectrum banjos.
