All rosewood concert zither bearing the label of Munich builder P. Ed. Hoenes. All rosewood, with ornate marquetry depicting a king, a queen, and a swan with floral embellishments. 28 chordal strings, five melodic strings with geared tuners and gold-plated/engraved plate. In highly restorable condition, only one string. All bone appointments. Includes original hard case with tuning wrench.
