This is from Hohner's "Essential Roots" series. This surprising cutaway guitar features a solid sitka spruce top and mahogany back and sides for a crisper sound with singing trebles. It sports a micro-thin satin finish. This results in exceptionally resonant guitars, producing a rich, singing tone and making the small body sound huge. The pick guard is left off in order to encourage the vibration of the tops, but we can install one for no extra charge if desired.
