F-5 model from legendary builder Wayne Henderson. Featuring an evenly grained spruce top showing some signs of playing wear, but lacking any cracks. Original pearl nut and tall ebony bridge. Even the lightest attack results in a tremendous amount of response/projection. The nut width is 1 3/32" and the scale is 14". The last 7 frets are scooped out on the fingerboard for easy picking. This mandolin just left our shop and received a fresh neck set, which explains the superb playability/action. Overall this is a mandolin of mythic proportions, tonally, structurally, and atheistically.
