From Gibson Custom's Nasvhille shop, this is a historic reissue of a true great the ES-5 "Switchmaster" which was initially introduced in 1949. In stunning Wine Red, this was the coupe de ville of its time with its big, cutaway 17" maple body, gold parts and three humbucking pickups. A gem! Four-way slotted switch on cutaway bout providing the model's name. Included in this sale is the guitar's original brown hard case.
