Vintage Framus Billy Lorento signature model. This "Billy Lorento"-guitar is supposed to be the oldest thinline of its series. The pickups feature only two screwed polepieces and a screwed jack for the input cable. The pickups and pickguard are all of the same thin metallic material. Body construction made of solid wood- spruce top and flame maple back and sides. The tailpiece is a cool lyre-style tailpiece. The neck has a 1 3/4" nut and a 25 3/8" scale. There is a repaired crack along the inside of the cutaway that runs nearly the length of it. There are 4 unexplained screw holes in the top, 2 near the bridge and 2 near the tailpiece. There is beautiful MOP inlays that have shrunk a little bit over the years.
