Sunburst tight grain spruce top and flamed maple back, sides and neck F-5 Master by The Flatiron in the late eighties. Gold tuners, ornate pearl inlay fret markers and solid pearl truss rod cover. The neck has a V shape and is slightly radiused. It is in exceptional physical condition and has no pick digs whatsoever. There is fret wear under the first 2 courses up to the seventh fret but there is no buzzing. This instrument projects wonderfully and warmly, yet can punch through a wall, let alone a band for a solo. It comes with a Calton case burgundy red and lined with black plush on the interior. All is original, including the Flatiron tailpiece cover.
