This instrument is modeled after the instruments made by Corrado Giacomel and touted by David Grisman. These instruments are licensed by Giacomel and made in agreement with the David Grisman collection. They are superb players and compare favorably with the originals. Tons of volume and equisite craftsmanship and tone, this mando is in its own class, with homage to a great builder and player. LIST PRICE: $3495. There is a half inch line under the finish on the neck and the label is mismarked "DGM-2". These minor details qualify this instrument as "B-stock" and the result is substantial saving.
