The rarest of Burns solid body guitars. Burns solid body electric from 1961 with sliding bridge. Burns-conceived heel-less, glued-in neck; 24-fret fingerboard, bearing vibrato unit; Tri-Sonic pickups. All mahogany body and neck. Rosewood fretboard with a lot of life left in the frets. Virtually no fret wear. This guitar has the same electronics as the guitar used by Brian May of Queen although he didn't play this model. The gold finish is mostly worn off, replaced tuners (Dobro) and one knob, otherwise all original. Comes in non-original rectangular tweed hard shell case.
