This instrument began life as a 17 fret tenor banjo. It has a beautiful replica five string neck made by Wyatt Fawley with all the ornamentation as per the original. The special patented internal resonator rim is 11-1/2" in diameter with twin "f" hole cut in the back and is fitted with a calfskin head. The banjo is a fine plater equipped with planetary tuners and a modern hard case.
