This handmade Jazz box features dark brown amber finish over highly quilted maple. It is 17"wide and only 2 3/8" deep. The top is Sitka spruce with a three-layer purfling and quilted maple binding. The sunburst neck with ebony bound, ebony fingerboard is the same outrageous quilt as the back. The easy playing neck measures 1 23/32" at the nut and 2 3/32" at the 12th fret. The standard neck markers are the stainless steel rings on the face and side of the fingerboard. This is a Premium guitar from one of America’s great builders. 25" scale.
